The purchaser of the TeleCheck Terminal must agree to sign up for TeleCheck service for a minimum of 12 months continuous service.
The TeleCheck service must be activated with 30 days of receiving the TeleCheck terminal and after 12 months continuous TeleCheck service the TeleCheck terminal will belong to the purchaser.
If the TeleCheck service is terminated before the initial 12 month term, the purchaser will pay a $100 terminal usage fee and keep the terminal.
If the TeleCheck account applied for is declined, purchaser will not be billed for future service and all fees collected or paid will be reimbursed.
The TeleCheck terminal comes with a 12 month warranty.
