We use this material to make temperature control components. This material is like Gold in our shop! Our machinist fight to get to run jobs made from Ugines material!
These are remnants left over from our cnc swiss screw machine shop. Each remnant measures anywhere from 9" to 12" long. Most will be chamfered on one end and have a brown ring near the chamfer. This is caused by the gripper that removes the remnants from the barloader.
These rods can be used for hobbie machining,short run cnc work, street rod parts,antique motor parts,antique tractor parts,model building and ect.....This material turns and bores super smooth finishes, threads and taps great!
