This is a brand new Helicoil tang break-off tool part# 4238-10. It is designed to break the drive tang off of M10 X 1.5 free running and locking inserts in one quick motion. Only one hand is needed because it operates like a spring loaded automatic center punch, so you will save time on those big jobs. It also helps prevent the the lower coils from being pushed out of their thread when they are not struck hard enough. Made in the USA.
