This is a Skil model 4235 Jig Saw. I found it in my dad's barn after he died. When I plugged it into the wall it did work. The blade needs replaced. The information I found on the tool says it is a 1/3 HP, Double insulated, 0-3200 spm variable speed, 45 degree tilting foot, has a place for the adjusting/blade replacement tool (tool is missing), and also a place for replacement blades (no extra blades),
