This 2 qt. cold crock holds salad, dressing, or condiments. When frozen for 8 hours and filled with pre-chilled food, it maintains 40 degrees or lower for eight hours. It will maintain 40 degrees up to twelve hours with lid, which is sold separately. This cold crock is NSF listed.
