Description: FMA's SP80 and SP100 models are heavy duty spiral dough mixers with stainless steel fixed basins and a rear basin guard. They also have a hand-guard safety device that will stop the machine if the bowl cover is lifted during operation. These models have 2 kneading speeds plus 2 timers to program the working cycle. To allow easy positioning, these units have 2 fixed wheels and adjustable feet.
