Somerset CDR-100 Dough Sheeter - Makes up to 10-inch Pizzas
The Somerset CDR-100 Dough Sheeter is often called the "small wonder" because of its compact design and amazing durability. With this versatile one pass dough sheeter, you can make pizzas up to 10 inches in diameter. Its ergonomic design makes it easy to operate, and it sheets dough to a uniformed thickness in only seconds. It can be operated from the front or side.
CDR-100 offers many standard features for dependability and easy operation. Its safety sensors allow for automatic shutoff. It has a sanitary, all stainless steel build that's welded for heavy-duty strength. It also has simple handle adjustments for precise dough thickness. It has synthetic spring loaded scrapers that are easy to remove for cleaning. CDR100 also features a maintenance-free drive mechanism that is isolated from the roller area.
The CDR-100 Dough Sheeter has a gear motor that is heavy-duty with 1/4 horsepower, maintenance free, single phase, 115V, 60Hz or 220V, 50Hz. Sealed ball bearings are used, which are permanently lubricated.
