This box is a built-in self test module for a 10 GHz radio that was a 65 MHz offset. Signal enters via a circulator that routes signal to/from a mixer (used as a modulator) that adds/subtracts 65 MHz to the signal. Interesting widget, SMA (F) in/out, CON HEX for OCXO 65 MHz sample, +12 for osc. -20 for oven, nice box!
