The number of sheets you can punch at once obviously depends upon the thickness of the paper, but we regularly punch 6 sheets of 80gsm with no difficulty.
You simply insert the paper and press down on the punch.
There is 70mm between the two sets of three holes, making this punch suitable for users of
Filofax, Dayrunner, Herlitz, Motiplaner, Succes and Time System
