Keep track of your information with multiple "carbon" copies of your paper forms. We print forms that help you protect yourself by standardizing important records. Purchase forms that reduce the time it takes to write repetitive information by having it preprinted on your forms. Organize and systematize on your custom forms document that has been designed to enhance the performance of your operation.
Carbonless forms automatically make duplicate prints as you write on them. They will be printed with black ink which is easy to read, copy, scan, etc.
These 2 part forms are 8 1/2" X 11" which is the standard letter size.
We will print from a form you provide us digitally or on hard copy. We do have standard forms, so let us know what you are looking for to see what we have. Otherwise we can do a custom form layout for you for a minimal one time fee. There will not be any additional charge to put your logo and information on a standard form even with minor adjustments.
Add more to your carbonless forms order:
non-standard ink color: $18.00 (any color other than black)
typeset custom form: $24.00 (extremely complex forms may cost more)
microperforated: $14.00 (adds 1/2" on the top or the side of the form and it will tear off)
Provide one or more of the following:
1) your own layout on paper or on a digital file to ****@gmail.com
2) a sample form with changes indicated
4) the name of a standard form. Or you can give us the information to design it for you for only $24 (unless extremely complex).
5) Send us your logo or other graphic images in high resolution image files or in print. We do not charge anything extra to do the layout and typesetting for the personalization of your form.

2) Send your form already set up as a digital file and/or printed page, any information we need to add, the images you would like, samples of a form or forms you want to utilize, a sketch of your form, the name of the form you are looking for, or an explanation of what you are wanting on your form. We will do the layout as you indicate you would like it.
We will make changes and adjustments for you and resend as needed.
4) Once you are happy with the layout and you have given us your ok, production will begin.
Image types: pdf, jpg, gif, png, tif, bmp, ai, and eps. (On vector files, convert text to curves or include the fonts.)
Programs: Open Office, Publisher, Word, CorelDraw, Adobe Reader, Excel, Pagemaker 5.0
Information you may want: Company, Slogan, Phone, Cell, Fax Numbers, Address with City, State and Zip, Features and Benefits, Services, Logo, Graphics, an idea of positioning, fonts, sizes, etc.
Quality: For higher quality printing, please provide high quality images and files.
