Southbend 40 gallon gas tilting steam kettle, model KTLG-40, sn 70141-9AA-4596, natural gas-100,000 btu's/per hour and requires 120v electric. Kettle temperature ranges from 150 to 298 degrees farenheit. Unit comes with everything shown including hinged stainless steel cover and kettle draw off valve. Overall dimensions are approx 55" wide x 44" deep x 43" tall. Steam kettle is in very good clean condition. Tested and working great.
