Piezosystem jena precision translator with strain gauge
This unit has a custom mounting system that was meant to translate a ball bearing (not included) attached to a mounting plate in the vertical direction. On the original device that these were removed from, three of them were used for precision leveling of a mount plate. These is also an allen head 100tpi adjustment screw on the side of these for coarse manual adjustment.
Obviously, a very precision and expensive part. See
