Sander is lightweight (8.5 lb.) and allows user to sand 10 ceilings without stilts or scaffold. Variable speed control (1400-2000 RPM). 4.7A motor has serviceable brushes. Includes tool, 13 1-1/4" vacuum hose, 100 grit 8-7/8" foam-backed sanding pad, and hook and loop straps for attaching power cord to vacuum hose. 1 year warranty.
