This item is a nice used 3-bank fryer system with dump station and automatic filter system. Manufactured by FryMaster. This unit is in very good condition and worked great when tested. Each fryer will hold 35 to 40 LBS. of shortening with Computer Magic digital controls for cooking accuracy. Fueled by Natural Gas, each fryer puts out 80,000 BTU's per hour. Making this a great unit for a high volume operation. It is equipped with a dump station and an automatic filter system underneath with a roll-out disposal pan. Also equipped with casters for easy mobility. This fryer will also come with 6 fryer baskets (not in pictures). With only a few cosmetic blemishes from normal use, this would be a great addition to any high volume kitchen, hotel, hospital or school. Available now at a great low price. Thanks for looking!!
