True Technologies Sealcheck 210 Package Tester for Parts - Unit powers up and initially the monitor worked as shown in the last picture. The programming could not get past the flying windows picture. Then the monitor stopped displaying a picture. We hooked a second monitor into the system and ran some diagnostics. There are corrupted files in the Windows 95 software. We did not reload Windows 95 to fix the corrupted files because we did not want to lose any of the proprietary programs in the unit as we did not have the original True Technologies software disks. We can tell you the cooling fans and the keyboard worked. Requires 220VAC 1 phase power. Clean unit. There are two industrial computers inside along with lots of I/O, vacuum pumps, etc.
