Pallets are presented to the stacker via a pallet jack or fork lift and placed against a back stop inside the stacker enclosure (picture #1 and #2). The operator then presses the cycle start pushbutton which activates the stacker carriage. The carriage arms raise the presented pallet to the hold position (picture #3). When another pallet is placed in the stacker and the operator presses the cycle start button the stacker arms lower stacking the first pallet onto the bottom pallet then raises the pallets to the hold position (picture #4 & 5). When the pallet stacker has filled with five pallets the ready light flashes on the stack light column to indicate the stacker is full. Upon being emptied via pallet jack or fork lift the stacker is returned to operation when the cycle start button is pressed.
