This is a Bullard Firefighter Wild Fire hard hat; has a reflector tape on the outside, adjustable head band, heavy sweat band in front, Nomex neck guard, chin strap's latch is broken;
Now you have to supply all of your own gear/PP&L's; it's really expensive and I'm not doing it anymore so I'm selling mine.
