Rated at 150 C (Continual Rating)
Zyrad is a modified cross linked polyolefin with a UL/CSA rating of 150 c. It possesses very high mechanical properties with an electrical rating of 600V and in addition will also withstand varnish bake temperatures of 190 c for motor lead and transformer application and also short term exposures at 250 c. The cable core is stranded, annealed tin coated copper. (See specification data table below). This range of cable is widely used on domestic appliances, lighting fittings, transformer leads, electric motor winding leads, battery pack fly leads and many other electronic devices.
