What type of skid steer will this item fit?
Most modern skid steer loaders with 3 inches of side clearance and 2" of top clearance aroudn their tires. Check our sizinf guide for issues or contact us directly. Some machines will require spacers and/or boom stops.
You are looking at a new set of 2Plus Steel Tracks for Bobcat style skid steer loaders. This is a set meaning one set for the left side and one set for the right side. Also included is an installation tool to make the job easier. The Bobcat pictured is not included in the price.
These tracks are designed for machines with 10 x 16.5 tires only. Other sizes are available. You will need 3 inches of clearance between the sidewall of the tire and the frame of your machine as well as 2" of clearance between the top of the tire and the back of the boom. If you do not, you will need spacers. Check our other items for spacers.
The chain tracks that we see most companies offering use very light chain which stretches and wears very quickly. You have to adjust them continually and if you do not, they will twist off on a side hill and wrap around your axle. A chain thickness of at least 1/2" is required with a short pitch and we see no one offering these except our old design. This new way of designing chain tracks have given this design a spoiled reputation, thus we prefer not to be associated with them.
They have a rounded leading and trailing edge to minimize the thumping ride on hard ground and also keep the track from chewing up your driveway. These are very well thought out just like our other products. They come with a 1 year full replacement warranty on breakage.
You gain traction from the flow through design as well as the surface flotation. These pads are completely made from hardened steel including the adjustable links so they are built to last.
