1995 ford 555D 4X4 loader backhoe
Up for sale today is a 1995 Ford backhoe. It is a OROPS, 4wd, extendahoe with a 4cyl ford diesel and a 4 spd shuttle tansmission. The rear bucket is a light capacity 36". The machine is in good working order. The engine sounds strong and the trans and shuttle works fine. The hydraulics are in good working order. The front tires are down but the rear are better than 60%. No cracks or welds and the body of the unit is in good shape. The backhoe is tight considering its age. I ran it just recently and realized the hour meter is not working. The kingpins feel tight and the loader declutch still works. The plastic around the fender is cracked but overall a good old machine.
