This unit is an HP 3581A Wave Analyzer. It works and has been tested. This is a clean used unit, but not pristine so expect scratches and some discoloration as well as some old label residue and a few letters scratched on the case. (This unit is shown with a 1 Khz Signal on its input from our audio synthesizer and the tuned frequency ouput. The HP counter is for reference only and not included.) The unit comes with a copy of the manual on cd and a power cord.
