The Grease Fitting / Joint Cleaner is an American made and assembled. It is an innovative tool with many applications and a single purpose which will allow you to grease or lubricate any fitting, joint, or bearing that may need service. Introduced in December of 2003. the Grease Fitting / Joint Cleaner has brought forth tremendous responses from many industries.
To use the Grease Joint / Fitting Cleaner, fill the tool body with a light oil such as WD40 and by tapping on the piston you will force the oil into the fitting or joint, thus breaking up and lubricating whatever might be keeping the zerk fitting or joint from being greased properly. Most of the time the grease fitting is not the cause and changing it will not help the problem. The reason is the grease in the joint has become hard and will not move out of the way to allow the new grease to be injected into the joint!
Among the many uses is the ability to use this new tool as a high power grease gun for those hard to get joints! By filling the tool with grease you can now simply force the grease into the fitting, joint and/or bearing. In certain greasing applications, this tool may be more effective than a grease gun, however we do suggest that you use a light oil to get the full capability out of this tool.

Many times when trying to grease a joint you can find one that will not take the grease. Most people think the problem is a clogged fitting and some times they are right. However we have found that most times changing the fitting will not work. The reason for the problem is; the grease in the joint has become hard or contaminated. By using the Grease Joint Rejuvenator cleaner you can force a light oil into the joint loosing up the old hard grease allowing the new grease to be pushed in. It works every time!
