You are looking at a Brooks Instruments Rotameter. It is model number 1110CK23CJDAC Serial number 8703HC028017 / 16. On the side it has a sticker that says - do not exceed 175 PSIG at 250 degrees F. On the metal plate inside the glass (by the tube) it says GPM liquid SP.GR. 1.0 VISC. 1.0 cP. It also has the numbers 5.55, 5.00, 4.00, 3.00, 2.00, 1.00, .56 and R written on it. On the backside of the tube it says - Brooks tube size R-9M-127-3. The flow meter measures about 17-1/4" from end to end and 3-1/2" across. There are some scratches on the metal part. Overall it looks to be in great shape.
