The low-alkaline formula combines enzymes and surfactants to create a near solid slurry/emulsion that runs through a simple dispensing system. The Formula 1 dramatically reduces the amount of water and energy needed to get clothes clean. In fact, using Formula 1 reduces water usage by 55 gallons a load.
