Our new-rated phones are new-in box and have never been activated. They usually have the user guide, and all original accessories.
Our mint-rated phones show little or no signs of use. In some cases our mint phones have never been activated but have to be categorized as used because the box has been opened.
Our excellent rating is for phones that have some minor paint imperfections usually due to pocket wear. Pocket wear to the screen is usually minimal and not usually visible when the phone is turned on. These phones were used lightly.
Our good-rated items show signs of use. There will be paint wear, possibly including scuffs and scratches, and the screens may also show some pocket wear. These phones were used averagely.
Our fair-rated items will have general wear throughout and will most likely exhibit a lot of pocket wear to the body and the screen. These phones are for users who just need a working phone and are not into aesthetics.
Poor-rated items are in below average condition with a large amount of cosmetic defects. Please expect large amounts of pocket wear to the screen(s) and/or the body of the item. We rarely carry phones in this condition for retail sale.
