The NL400 motor weighs a mere 76 grams, up to 25% less than competitive units. Plus, the
motor/highspeed handpiece combo weighs in at only 137 grams compared to 170+ grams in
competitive systems.The established leader in the use of titanium for handpiece design, ourinstruments are precision milled from solid titanium. This extensive use of titanium allows the NL400 and high speed attachment combination to weigh in at a modest
137 grams, compared to 170+ grams for competitive systems.
NL400 Ti-Max handpieces incorporate a new Slim-Line neck design that maximizes comfort.
Ti-Max handpieces also have the smallest heads available in their class, enhancing visibility
and access. These user-friendly designs,lightweight titanium and perfect balance
front-to-back make the NL400 system a pleasure to operate, day in, day out.
The Ti-Max NL400 system is more than beautiful design and function. Innovative
technology is built-in throughout the NL400 system. The NL400 s lightweight,
brushless motor virtually eliminates maintenance and repair, while
delivering a strong 3.0 Ncm of high-torque power at the motor. In combination with a wide range
of attachments, the system can operate from 2 RPM to 200,000 RPM.
Proprietary ceramic bearings are used in every 1:5 Ti-Max attachment s
head. Ceramics dramatically reduce bearing friction, resulting in a noticeable quieter handpiece with
significantly reduced vibration compared to units with steel bearings.
