Electronics burn in related controls
This oven has a single side swing door with positive latching. The heating elements and a direct drive circulating fan are
mounted above the work area in a protected chamber. Heated air is circulated by horizontal airflow through the chamber.
Perforated metal walls ensure good uniformity. An aluminum heat exchanger in the side wall allows for cooling function while
maintaining the atmoshere. A powered cooling fan mounted on top of the oven forces air through the heat exchanger to cool
the chamber. A motorized damper on the cooling fan controls cool rate. The oven includes a removable insulated back wall panel.
The interior is aluminized steel in very good condition. The door hinges, gasket, and door latch are in very good condition.
Exterior has some decals affixed. Both fans spin freely, and the heating elements look good. It includes an Electrical Schematic.
Electronics racks in the work chamber have been removed and discarded.
This Oven has NOT been tested. It requires a temperature control and a mechanical contactor or SCR. Other component's condition have not been verified. Some wiring may be related to previous owner's applications and may need to be removed.
The controls can be upgraded and the oven tested for additional costs. Please contact us for details. We have several of these units in stock.
