ACE GLASS 12103-05 RTD TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER 0 -250 C
This is a special type of temperature controller made for use with resistance heating mantles for laboratory glassware.
It's range is 0 to 250 degrees C.
Temperature sensor is RTD type & plugs into the 1/4" phone jack (lower left).
The front outlet is 0-20 or 0-40 VAC, while the rear outlet is 120 VAC, so it is compatible with a variety of resistance heating mantles. You can use the lower voltages on 120 V heaters, they just won't dissipate as much energy, hence lower temps.

It is used & in very good condition.
