I am unable to figure out the exact model number on this unit. This scope is in a CYF-4 Case, but I have compared it to other CYF-4 pictures and that is not what it is. The Eyepiece is from a PF-14 Angioscope, but it works great on this scope
Item Condition... Used and in great condition. It has NO BROKEN FIBERS and the images when you look through it is great.
