Large 5" wilton bench vise anvil machinist blacksmith
We have here a nice unrestored Wilton bench vise.
This one is an "old style classic bullet shape" with 5" jaws.
It weighs in at 67 lbs. and it was Mfg. in the USA.
Haven't taken it apart to see the date of manufacture, but I would guess at the mid 70's.
Compare and search for the spec's and replacement cost ($$$) utilizing the current model number:

The screw feels smooth and could use some fresh grease.
The handle is very solid and functional, but doesn't appear to be original, nor does it "slide" through the screw very well.
