Equipe pri brooks wafer transfer robot atm-100
This robot was pulled from an AG Associates Heatpulse 4100 that was recently decommissioned. The unit is labeled with Equipe part number 4100-0039-04, and there is another label on the bottom that says ATM-4182. It has some scuffs on the covers, but no dings or signs of abuse, and overall it is in very nice condition. I'm selling this robot guaranteed to be as described.
