The SMT-298 general purpose portion control scale. IT provides a watertight scale base for wet environments, Great for use as a portion control scale, pizza scale or bench scale for weighing food items. For wash-down applications, move display assembly away from scale base.
Display is attached to the base which can be removed and mounted on a wall or table-top using 6 feet of cable. Optional free tare foot switch available upon request.

Washdown: By moving display away from the base, the entire scale base assembly is capable of being washed down for cleaning purposes
Single Weight Hold: Use print key activate/deactivate the capture of the largest stable weight reading.
Auto Wt Hold & Release : Captures largest stable weight reading and automatically releases when new weight is applied. Configure to ignore changes in a stable weight readings from 0.4 to 10 lbs.
Auto shut-down: Selectable setting from 0-15 minutes to increase battery life
Tare Foot Switch: Available free upon request, plug into indicator to Tare the weights from the scale for portion control weighing of sandwiches, pizza s or other items
