THIS IS A BISON DC GEARMOTOR AND IT HAS A WAND ATTACHED WITH A WIRE WHEEL ON IT. WE ARE UNABLE TO TEST THIS OUT BUT IT WAS WORKING WHEN REMOVED FROM SERVICE. THIS ITEM MUST BE WIRED UP TO WORK, SEE ITEM DETAILS AND PICTURES BELOW.
