Please note that an item is NOT deemed lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed (25 days for international postage). Claims CANNOT be filed until after this period has elapsed

Any items found to be faulty or damaged must be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. Non-faulty goods MUST be returned WITHIN 7 DAYS in the original packaging & in a saleable condition at your own cost
