One RiS CT-1215 Hi-Lo Trip Failsafe, Model XCT-1215-850320A. 115 VAC, 4 Watt Power Input. Single Pole Double Throw Output. Provides 24V DC to your probe and accepts an input from the probe of 4-20MA. Your input power can vary +/-20%. On this unit, the lower knob has a broken piece inside. You can fiddle with it and it will work. Everything else on the unit works fine.
