One model TEL60/90-7.5/N7C1D2GrD single-acting, oil-free, air cooled, vertical, inline, crosshead compressors designed for continuous service. Each compressor will receive natural gas at its
inlet of 10 (psig), regulated constant by others. Resultant discharge gas flow would be 25 SCFM per compressor (Excess capacity and pressure can be accommodated by the system controls.). The compressor is mounted to a structural base with electric motor and drive. All electrical components and design comply with NEC NEMA 7, Class 1, Division 2, Group D (indoor). Also mounted on the structural steel base is a 30-gallon, ASME, 200 PSIG W.P. receiver at compressor inlet and a 120 gallon, ASME 200 psig tank at discharge. All components are mounted and piped on a common structural steel base frame. Each compressor base frame is attached to the common base frame through flexible mounts, with all necessary flexible connections provided between the base mounted components. Inlet: 10 psi (g) @ 30 to 40F typical, Outlet: 60 psig cut-in; 90 psi(g) maximum, Flow @ rated suction: 25 scfm, 120V control circuit, Motor: 7.5 HP, TEFC Enclosure, One 30 gallon, vertical, ASME, 200 PSIG W.P. receiver with gauge, ASME relief valve and manual drain. One 120 gallon, ASME, 200 PSIG W.P. receiver with gauge, ASME relief valve and manual drain. All system gas interpiping is stainless steel, including the control lines.
