Now in business for 100 years (since 1907), Hobart Cabinet Company has featured sturdy all-steel cabinets for industrial, office, and now for medical uses. Drawers are 4" high (inside dimension) to allow for storage of various size lens blanks. Cases and drawers are reinforced for extra strength and durability, and make an attractive addition to any lab, office, or storage area. They are perfrect for optical, X-ray, or other use.
This 10-drawer cabinet, (along with our 6-drawer Optical and 13-drawer Optical similar cabinets), is made of strong steel construction for storage of 71mm lenses, flats, etc.
Also available are OPTIONAL GALVANEALED STEEL COMPARTMENTS which convert the cabinet for storage and file of lenses, prisms, flats, etc. We offer either 45-unit compartments (3" wide x 1-3/4" high x 2" deep), or 36-unit compartments (3-3/4" wide x 1-3/4" high x 2" deep).
Stops prevent the drawers from being pulled loose by accident, yet each drawer can be removed, if you wish, by easily lifting upward. Combination drawer handles/labels give the cabinet an attractive, modernized look, while the label holders offer instant identification of drawer contents. 85% drawer extension-smooth rolling minlon rollers provides easy accessibility.
Durable powder-painted finish for years of use. Plus, this durable finish is so easy to maintain-just wipe clean with a damp cloth!!
