* Chef base top is made of one-piece heavy-duty, reinforced stainless steel with drip guard. True's drip proof "V" edge protects against spills.
* Top is insulated to eliminate heat transfer to interior of cabinet.

TRCB-79 countertop supports up to 1084 pounds of equipment.
