(We have other Peerless ovens in our store designed for general baking or Pizza cooking. All these ovens are available with Stainless Steel doors or with Stainless Steel Front sides and Top) The oven in this listing is setup for Mexican food enchiladas etc and can be upgraded to a pizza oven by adding 1" stones.
