We're cleaning out our Warehouse, so grab this Super Deal before it slips away! I don't want to pick up this door to move it around even one more time, unless I'm selling it!
This door has never been installed; in fact, it has never left our warehouse; it's life so far has been as a display door and as such was painted a dark cranberry color! The painting needs a little touchup.
This is a Steel door with 4-9/16" PRIMED frame, with aluminum sill .
Left-Hand Inswing door. Please see the pictures.
Nominal door slab size = 36" wide x 80" tall
Frame size 37 - 5/8" W X 82" Tall
Rough Opening size: Add 1/2" to unit width & height to determine recommended rough opening.
This unit has 4- 9/16" Primed pine jamb.
This is NEW, standard production unit at a blow it-out-the-door price! It has been safely stored in our warehouse, the box has been lost but the window is in good shape!
