THERMCO 7130 WELDING GAS MIXER ANALYZER REPAIR KIT FOR CO2 ARGON
Can't zero your THERMCO 7130 gas mixture analyzer meter and the manufacturer
is telling you it is too old to fix? Chances are you can fix it for low cost
and and save the $3,500 a new instrument costs. CO2 is corrosive and over
time it erodes the mixture sensing wire in the cell. Eventually making it
impossible to zero the meter using the front panel adjustment pot. This kit
includes the parts and easy instructions to correct the balance.
Just getting it to balance is not enough. Continuing to use the eroded cell
will cause cell failure in a few more years. This tested modification stops
further damage to the eroded CO2 cell, doubling the life of the instrument.
