This has been tested and works as it should
This is a lift table it has an electric actuator in the center with limit switches just push the up or down button to set a comfortable work height
It also has a rack and pinion gear on each end so it lifts the top level
The lift range height is 28-3/4'' down and 44'' up and every where in-between!
It has leveling feet on each corner
