Dual shuttle (satellite) brewer. Heavy duty, high voltage machine. This Gemini 12 is a heavy duty satellite brewer. High voltage machine allows for quicker recovery between brew times. Hot Water Faucet. Dual brewing heads. Coffee is bewed into two 1.5 gallon dispensers (also called a shuttle or a satellite); Curtis Gem 3. Approximate hourly brewing capacity is 12 gallons of perfect coffee per hour. After initial hookup and heat up you only need to place coffee in brew funnel, push a button and coffee will brew!
