Like a spotwelder, Duro Dyne pin spotters are resistance welders. Insulation is fastened securely with the inherent strength of a welded fastener.
A pin is placed into the welding tip, the welding tip is pressed against the ductwork and the trigger depressed.
Every pinspotter has a lightweight solid state timer built into the gun case. Controlled timing extends the duty cycle and assures uniform weld quality.
High impact plastic carrying case protects unit when not in use. Case has storage pockets for accessories.
